Do you know, I am what I would consider to be a reasonably intelligent person but I have trouble articulating 250,000,000! I dont really do numbers, thats just alot!
One of my best, what to do when you are bored moments... give yourself a fantasy budget and go online house/horse/car shopping. Then get really pissed when you have fantasy spent the lot and didnt get what you wanted. |

gosh - what could we all buy with £250,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!
I know I'm a very lucky girl - I just hope it all goes OK. I've inherited a sheep and 8 chickens already from the previous owners My girls have never seen a cockeral before - what will they make of him
Just been trying to scout round for some wood at work for my fire - plenty of it going to scrap, so I can stock up!!! |

It's a site of special scientific interest - it means that the land is part of a nature reserve basically. |

Yes, managable if the consents are in place. It currently doesn't have those consents, so no grazing, no temporary or permanent structures, no fertilising or weed spraying. Its unfavourable declining and they are not happy with the chicken houses, pig arcs, shed etc. Also it's different when you are renting, you expect restrictions, but want the freedom when you are buying and at the moment we can't graze them on there |

Fully agree with you here its a shame, have silly restriction but when its something that matters they are not interested a lot of ours we can't use because of all the privett, apparently goats can eat it (not according to our vet) but we can't burn it or spray it but we can spray ragwort or docks there is no supplement feeing allowed or Ivermectin wormers and horses have to be barefoot. luckily its not the only grazing we have and we use it mainly for sheep. I can see why you have pulled out. |
