thanks guys weve been looking for years and noone will sell land they all think the builders are after it Sad hence normally stupid prices its the same distance from my house as the yard i rent but just other side of the valley will get some pickies to follow once ive signed my life away lol xxx beans on toast if there lucky from this point in xxx
