I know, I can't believe it - there aren't any neighbours near enough to hear me shout - I can now get a cockeral!! and some more chickens, and a goat, and a donkey, and a sheep!!!!!!!!
AND MAYBE A BLACK SHIRE!!!!!!!!!! Another Kizzy - bless her xx wish she was here to see this day
Here's the cottage!! Good news is that we don't have to sell our house to buy it - so we don't have to stress too much about moving, and we can rent ours out - hoorah!

Thank you everyone - I had to pinch myself when I woke up this morning - I can't believe it myself!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I'd be waiting a few more years to get it, but it just came along!!
Just got to start tidying up this house, and packing things we don't use away. Planning on using a work van to move bit by bit over a period of a month or two, then give this house a lick of paint before renting it out - fingers crossed!!!!
House warming parties- bring your tents, as it's only a small stone cottage with 2 bedrooms |

I already have my mate coming to stay in November when we go to South Africa - she's bringing her horses over, and then looking after mine at the same time |

Morph just be careful if you move a bit at a time. You are a prime target for getting broken in to. My brother in law got done that way. Have someone stay in both houses.

Thanks everyone - I feel really lucky. It's starting to get moving now - valuer has been instructed, as the solicitor has started the searches - wooo
I popped up last night to count the post bordering the land, to see how much tape I'd need to secure it for the poines. Here are a few pictures of the view!!
View from the lounge window
various views from the field
and when the sun was setting............

How lovely! As if the green fields as far as the eye can see, weren't enough, you had to add the picture of a beautiful sunset
I'm very happy for you and your horses.
