I just bought Jack two new fly rugs but the belly bands are slightly to tight so I think I will have to alter them myself, which begs the question what make of fly rug does everybody use and did it have to be altered Question

i dont think that big horse shop has a lot of choice, i use pretty much any brand as long as its got a full attached neck, and is in the size i need. i pretty much search ebay for 7'3 fly rugs til i find a bargain x

I use an Amigo Mio 7'3 on my girl - they're the only make I find fit around her neck! There is no belly pad but it has a generous tail flap and keeps the worst off of her!

jasmine is in a rambo protector in a 7ft 3. it's come up pretty big. i'm investing in a boett for next year tho. so she can stay out.we have serious hay shortages down here.but tons of grass, but the flies are bad, i can't win lol
