Hi I am looking for an excellent permanent loan home for this georgeous boy. (possible sale). Bilbo is an 8 year old bay shire gelding and stands around 17.2 hands . I have owned him since he was 11 months old. He has been mouthed and backed at 5 year old but never ridden away due to me needing a double hip replacement (arthritis!) and I have been unable to continue his education, although he is handled daily. He is very sweet and willing, kind and loving, the apple of my eye!! He will train on with no problem.
His grandsire is Deighton Commodore, sire Broadheath Baron, dam Deighton Victoria. As you can see he is very well bred.
I would prefer a home in the yorkshire area but would consider elsewhere for the right people. We are situated near Leeds. |

Lovely fellow! Would have him in a blink of an eye if we had some land to keep him on! Alas, maybe the lottery tonight!!
Wishing you all the luck finding him a home!

He is a stunner and I feel so sad you have to rehome him. I would have him in a heartbeat but sadly we don't have the room and we live too far south. I hope you find him a loving home/loan very soon. |

He is lovely! We have the room, the time and we live in the right area.. But we can't afford to keep him (that would be 4!) despite our super cheap yard hope he finds a fab home xx |

Hello! He is super gorgeous! What a beautiful boy I was curious if you're still looking for a home for him? I'm in my final year of vet school (should be qualified soon.. yeah!!) and my husband and I are looking for a lovely heavy to come join us. We'd prefer a sale, but as money is tight, we would be happy to do a permanent loan with a view to sale if things were ok. We live in the Scottish Borders and have a lovely field to ourselves on a 200+ acre estate with access to stables as well. I could promise LOTS of love and time and we have had experience with bringing young horses back into work and do work with natural horsemanship. Would love to hear back from you!
Cheers,
Jen xx |
