Hi Ladddie has suddenly decided to start bronking when excited on grass when ridden , any ideas please. this is so unlike him . he is so calm and polite any other time but has done this twice now , both times when ridden by someone else . The first time was straight out of the blue in the grass menage and she came off and hasnt ridden since. The second was when he was out with 2 other horses and they went for a canter after a very calm 3 mile hack, laddie was the second horse , granted the 1st horse just took off and I think laddie just wanted to follow and the horse at the back was dancing about .Is there a way to stop him doing this . apparently he gets all four feet off the ground by about 3 ft . Not easy for such a big horse. and he's 12 years old now .His rider stayed on which is more than I would have managed
.
