Hi. I'm new here and new to shire horses. I'm interested in a 2 yrs old gelding. His breeding is sire: wheatland king and dam: hainton patsy. I'm not sure if this is good breading or not. Any help would be fantastic thankyou. |

You do mean breeding, don't you? Otherwise, this could be another post about Tesco and their horse meat scandal. |

Hello and welcome to the forum Vinny. I don't know much about the sire but Hainton are a very good blood line. We had a brood mare from them Hainton Lady Pearl and she was calm and gentle and bred three wonderful fillies. |

Ho Lizzie, is there a bloodline database of some sort where you can get this kind of information? I'm just curious. |
